Water will be taken for dewatering purposes to facilitate rehabilitation at the Stage 1 Quarry, located at the Cheltenham Quarry in the Town of Caledon, Regional Municipality of Peel, Ontario.

Permits to Take Water No. 0767-7XAPJE and 3587-8KDLBF for Calabogie Peaks ULC. have been renewed and consolidated, for commercial and water supply purposes, located in Town of Calabogie. Water will be taken from two (2) wells, one (1) lake, one (1) watercourse and one (1) pond related to commercial and water supply activities.

A decision was made to renew Permit to Take Water No. 7543-7RMLDQ. Permit to Take Water No. 2372-BM4LSN was issued on February 25, 2020 to 1094490 Ontario Limited for the purpose of aggregate washing in Uxbridge, Ontario. The permit expires on February 24, 2030.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9138967690 on April 28, 2022 which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 5453-8VAGJD for Glengarry Golf & Country Club Limited for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes located in North Glengarry, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 26, 2032

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 6785-CBJQRG on February 22, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 6350-9FLPFN for 1787370 Ontario Corp. for golf course irrigation purposes located in Belleville, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 31, 2024.

A decision was made to amend Permit to Take Water No. 5633-ANRKTN. Permit to Take Water No. 0122-BZBKSB was issued to 1621025 Ontario Ltd. on April 1, 2021 for the purpose of golf course irrigation at the Turtle Creek Golf Club in the Town of Milton, Regional Municipality of Halton. The permit expires on December 31, 2030.

This decision is to renew Permit to Take Water No. 6016-82YSEB for ICG Golf Inc. for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes at the Bradford Highlands Golf Club.

Permit to Take Water No. 0037-CRBNSR was issued to St. Marys Cement Inc. (Canada), operating as CBM Aggregates on January 5, 2024, to renew Permit No. 3641-97WQ4H. Water will be taken from one pond for aggregate washing purposes at the Barrie Pit, located in Springwater Township, Ontario for 10 years.
