We issued an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) to Hamilton Kent Inc., a rubber seal and gasket manufacturing facility located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.
We have made administrative amendments to regulations 73/94 and 681/94 under the Environmental Bill of Rights, 1993 (EBR) to ensure the continued application of the EBR.
