A new Environmental Compliance Approval has been granted for an existing greenhouse stormwater management facility serving Konkle Farm & Greenhouses Ltd., located at 228 Robinson Road, Lot 1 Concession 1 Dunnville, Haldimand County.

This Application 60-C-177766 for Consent was given conditional approval on September 29, 2020 and was amended on September 28, 2021. The last day to appeal this decision under the Planning Act is October 18, 2021.

Pursuant to section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on October 18, 2024, in respect of Application 60-C-240759 for a lot addition on lands described as PIN 42180-2791, Plan M-222, in unsurveyed territory, community of Minaki, District of Kenora. The last day this decision can be appealed is November 7, 2024.

The variance is approved

Permit No. 3614-B56KY8 was issued. The Permit was issued on November 26, 2018 and expires December 31, 2023. Water will be taken from one (1) watercourse and one (1) pond to satisfy irrigation and operational needs.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 5054-CLMP7E on December 1, 2022, with an expiry date of December 1, 2032. Water will be taken from Pond-Quarry related to dewatering, aggregate washing, dust control and manufacturing activities located in the CIty of Kingston.

Permit To Take Water No. 7611-BECLCN was issued on July 25, 2019 with an expiry date of December 31, 2023.

This decision is to renew Permit To Take Water No. 1323-89LLLU for Lindsay Golf and Country Club (1965) Incorporated for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from 3 sources in Lindsay, Ontario. Permit No. P-300-3100837890 was issued on December 23, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 4722-B4DGP7 was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 6186-7LJRQH. The permit was issued on October 18, 2018 with an expiry date of September 30, 2028.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval for stormwater management works was issued to the Wellings of Winchester Subdivision (Phase 1), being developed by Wellings of Winchester Inc., located at Lot 1 Concession 6, in the Township of North Dundas, Ontario.

We have classified PMV-1 (Registration Number 33108) as a Class 3 pesticide.

We have approved the proposal for a renewal and amendment to Permit to Take Water No. 8760-A9PMHT for Scenic Woods Golf Club Limited. Water will be taken from one (1) watercourse, one (1) pond, and four (4) wells for golf course irrigation purposes.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) to Strada Crush Limited for a mobile crushing/screening plant, equipped with one (1) crusher, one (1) screen deck, a return conveyer, and a stacker conveyer that will operate in various locations in Ontario.

A provisional consent was granted subject to standard conditions on August 27, 2024. The last date to appeal the decision in September 16, 2024.

A decision was made to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5445-ATMM95. Permit to Take Water No.1488-BNNQNG was issued to Westbury International (1991) Corporation on May 14, 2020 for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one lake and one pond. The permit expires on December 31, 2022.

This approval is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for 2687988 Ontario Inc. for the operation of a portable tub grinder, equipped with one (1) wood grinder and associated conveyers, and one (1) diesel-fired engine.

A decision was made on January 6, 2026 to approve with modifications, Caledon Official Plan Amendment 1, as adopted by By-law 2024-082. The approved Official Plan Amendment 1 provides updated town-wide mineral aggregate policies and mapping.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of onsite sewage system and subsurface disposal works to service twenty (20) cottages, one (1) reception building; and one (1) clubhouse located at 1462 Old Highway 117, Lake of Bays, Ontario.
