We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7810-BP5JSE on May 7, 2020 which cancels and replaces Permit To Take Water No. 6132-AL4LLR for Hornby Glen Realty Inc. Water will be taken from one (1) watercourse located in Halton Hills, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of December 31, 2023.

Permit To Take Water No. 2886-864NYJ has been renewed for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes for Innisbrook Golf Course Limited. Water will be taken from one (1) pond and two (2) wells at the Innisbrook Golf Course, located in the City of Barrie, Ontario.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval No. 8108-BQ2SSD to Russell Properties Ontario Inc., for the construction of stormwater management Works for the proposed Phase 1 commercial development at the approximately 2.04 ha property located at at 1044 St Guillaume Street, in Embrun, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to Denva Greenhouses Inc. for the stormwater management works serving a total of 11.44 hectares of drainage area (watershed 1 and watershed 2) of greenhouse development, located at 2980 South Talbot Road, in the Town of Kingsville, County of Essex, Ontario.

A new vehicle emission regulation under the Environmental Protection Act and amendments to the Vehicle Permits Regulation under the Highway Traffic Act will be in effect January 1, 2020, which will clarify and strengthen on-road vehicle emissions requirements and set out rules around the testing of emissions from heavy diesel commercial vehicle.

We approved the proposal to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) No. 4259-7X7K3U for the use and operation of an existing waste disposal site (anaerobic digestion facility) located at 1200 Mersea Road 1 in the Municipality of Leamington, County of Essex, Ontario.

This Application 60-C-168206 for Consent was given conditional approval on February 7, 2019 and was amended on January 10, 2020. The last day to appeal this decision under the Planning Act is January 30, 2020.

Water will be taken from one pond and two wells in the Town of New Tecumseh, Ontario. Permit No. 0704-BY6LKN was issued on February 12, 2021 for a period of 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8251223586 was issued to ST. MARYS CEMENT INC. (CANADA) on May 17, 2024, to amend their previous PTTW No. 7810-ARSLPG for the purpose of adding a new source and relocating their already approved CBM Source 1. Water will be taken from 2 groundwater sources, located in Blanchard, County of Perth, Ontario for 3 years.

A decision to approve Official Plan Amendment No.1 to the Sudbury East Planning Area Official Plan, as adopted by By-law No. 2021-75 (municipality of French River), was made on April 22, 2022. The last date to appeal this decision is May 12, 2022.
