A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1096218474 was issued to Lehigh Hanson Materials Limited. Water will be taken for industrial purposes from two wells to supply water to a ready mix concrete plant located in the Township of North Dumfries, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1075694635 was issued to The Cheese Factory Golf Course Inc. Water will be taken for golf course irrigation purposes.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Site) 19-OWE-96786 for Marshall's Septic Pumping was issued on 08/13/2019 for a hauled sewage site in Bentinck, Ontario

The Minister has issued an overall benefit permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 to 2434233 Ontario Ltd. to construct a multi-unit residential development that will impact three species at risk and their habitat.
