We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works serving St. Marys Cement Inc. (Canada), in the City of Toronto.
The variance has been approved to allow Vale Canada to continue operation of six liquid fuel storage and dispensing systems at the addresses listed. The systems at these locations have deficiencies that will be resolved by December 31, 2022.
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of subsurface sewage disposal works rated at 19,300 litres per day, to service cottages located at 170 Linton Road, Township of Georgian Bay, Ontario.
We amended the Renewable Energy Approval for the Toronto Zoo Anaerobic Digester Project for minor changes to equipment and improvements to stormwater management.
