We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7184-BZ5SAE on March 25, 2021, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 7503-A59QN8, for 6980848 Canada Corporation located in Ottawa, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of March 26, 2026.

The ministry renewed an Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) for a hauled sewage disposal site as described in this notice.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Site) 20-YOR-56917 for Thomas Houston Courtice Septic for a hauled sewage site was withdrawn by the proponent on April 2, 2020.

Permit to Take Water No. 6150-DJ7KC4 has been issued to 336101 Ontario Limited renewing PTTW No. 6222-9FBJFC for industrial aggregate washing purposes. Water will be taken from one pond, located on Kam Current Road in the Township of Gorham, District of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No.7078-BN4HWA on April 11, 2020, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 4265-83LGNQ, for Lafarge Canada Inc. located in Elizabethtown-Kitley, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 7, 2030.

We have approved the amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. A580732 for the establishment of a contaminant attenuation zone for the German Waste Disposal Site in the Township of German, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. 8085-D4CLGS was issued to Hamilton Golf and Country Club on May 1, 2024, for 5 years for commercial purposes to renew the permit 6406-AXVKFA. Water will be taken from four wells, one ponds, and Ancaster Creek related to golf course irrigation activities, located in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 6225-B56PBA was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 3305-A3AN3C. The permit was issued on December 5, 2018 with an expiry date of October 31, 2021.

An approval was issued to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 8444-AN3KES for the renewal of the Limited Operational Flexibility conditions, for FNX Mining Company Inc., a base metal underground mine located in the City of Greater Sudbury, Ontario.

We have approved the proposal for a renewal and amendment to Permit to Take Water No. 8760-A9PMHT for Scenic Woods Golf Club Limited. Water will be taken from one (1) watercourse, one (1) pond, and four (4) wells for golf course irrigation purposes.

A provisional consent was granted subject to standard conditions on August 30, 2023.  The last date to appeal the decision is September 19, 2023.

This application was withdrawn on March 21, 2022 and the file closed. No decision will be made on this application.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 7220-BTKLTS was issued to Walker Aggregates Inc. Water will be taken for pit and quarry dewatering purposes.
