A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1143325501 for Rockwell Automation Canada Ltd. was issued on April 23, 2022 for groundwater remediation purposes in the City of Cambridge, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 0334-CN8VAQ on January 23, 2023 to Mattamy (Fairwinds) Limited. Water will be taken from three ponds for the purpose of construction dewatering, located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario. The new permit expires on January 20, 2026.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1314662572 (version 1.0) was issued to 12714001 Canada Inc. on April 23, 2025. Water will be taken from two ponds for construction dewatering purposes at 2983 Navan Road in Ottawa, Ontario for five years.

Permit to Take Water No. 1555-DGKR2M was issued to Port Dover Golf Club Limited on May 23, 2025. Water will be taken from one pond and one watercourse for golf course irrigation purposes, located in Norfolk County, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9109714420 (V3.0) was issued to Cambridge Aggregates Inc. on August 6, 2024, to amend the permit P-300-9109714420 (V2.0). Water will be taken from four wells for aggregate washing purposes, located in the City of Cambridge, Ontario.

This is the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 1381-95ATPY for Triton Water Canada Holdings, Inc. and is for water bottling purposes. The new issued permit No. is 3133-C5BUH9 and was issued on Monday November 15, 2021 with an expiry date of November 15, 2026.

Permit to Take Water No. 5126-8WPHRU was reneewed for aquaculture activity purposes for Cedar Crest Trout Farm. Permit to Take Water Number 2833-BTPP3P was issued on September 23, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1278761252 was issued to GARDENS COMMUNITIES (HAGERSVILLE) INC. on August 23, 2024. Water will be taken for construction dewatering purposes to allow for the construction of a proposed residential development, forcemain, and pumping station, located in Hagersville, Ontario for 10 years.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to 2582765 Ontario Inc. for stormwater management facility for the collection, treatment and disposal of stormwater runoff from Curry Hill Gas Station site, in the Township of South Glengarry.

A Permit to Take Water No. 2530-CNEKXS was issued to Concord Adex Developments Corp. on January 26, 2023 to renew permit No. 1346-B82JN2 for construction dewatering purposes for four years. Water will be taken from one well located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for Basin Media Studios GP Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Basin Media Studios LP was withdrawn by the applicant on June 23, 2025.

File was transferred to the County of Frontenac following the approval of the County’s Official Plan in October 2016. The Ministry was the approval authority at the time that the proposal notice was posted on the Environmental Registry of Ontario. The Ministry is no longer the approval authority and will not issue a decision.

A provisional consent was granted subject to conditions on May 3, 2023. The last date to appeal the decision in May 23, 2023.
