The Minister has issued a permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 to 2634876 Ontario Inc. for a residential development which will impact Eastern Hog-nosed snake and its habitat. The permit includes actions to achieve an overall benefit to the species, minimize adverse effects, and outlines monitoring and reporting requirements.
