Permit to Take Water No. 8350-BM7TBQ was issued on February 28, 2020 with an expiry date of February 25, 2030.

Permit to Take Water No. 2204-BMCM7X was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 0067-7ZHPM4. The permit was issued on March 3, 2020 with an expiry date of February 28, 2030.

We have approved the amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. A580732 for the establishment of a contaminant attenuation zone for the German Waste Disposal Site in the Township of German, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 7735-DJZRW9 has been issued to Harbour View Golf & Country Club Ltd. renewing PTTW No. 2562-9XRJ4N for the purpose of golf course irrigation. Water will be taken from Lake Simcoe, located in Innisfil, County of Simcoe.

We decided to renew 2 existing mining leases, #106466 and #107254, used to support/provide access to the underground salt mine operations of the Ojibway Mine below the Detroit River. The lessee has met the conditions for renewal and the leases will be issued substantially on the terms and conditions set out in the consultation draft that was posted

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) has been issued for the establishment of treatment and subsurface disposal works to service a poultry processing facility in the Town of Grand Valley, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Nicli Aggregates Inc. in the Municipality of Thames Centre to reduce the north setback to 0m changing the final depth of extraction from above the water table to below the water table in this area of the site.

The application by Greenwood Aggregates Company Limited to authorize an increase in the annual number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed from a pit operating in the Township of East Garafraxa, Dufferin County has been approved.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval 9156-BUYKSC to K+S Windsor Salt Ltd. for the collection, treatment and disposal of stormwater and salt-impacted stormwater run-off from the sodium chloride rock salt underground mine, located at 200 Morton Drive, City of Windsor, Ontario.

Application 60-C-235558 was approved on October 20, 2023 subject to conditions.  The last date to appeal the decision under the Planning Act is November 9, 2023.
