Permit to Take Water No. 5636-DEVN8C was issued to Dundas Valley Golf and Curling Club on April 14, 2025. Water will be taken from one well and one pond for golf course irrigation purposes, located in the Town of Dundas, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 0024-BNBNB4 on April 15, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 6636-B2JQ58 for Tamarac Golf & Country Club 2018 Inc. located in Ennismore, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 14, 2030.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 3101-CEXNTW for 883890 Ontario Limited was issued on June 1, 2022 for golf course irrigation purposes in the Township of Centre Wellington, County of Wellington, Ontario.

We are extending the current moratorium on new or increasing permits to take groundwater to produce bottled water for one year, to January 1, 2020.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Zorway Development Limited for construction dewatering and foundation drainage purposes. Permit No. 8078-BX8MWQ was issued on January 29, 2021 for a period of 10 years.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 0436-B56HSE on November 7, 2018 which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 6348-7LGRJ4 for Guy N.Laplante, Casselman small Hydro Pro located in Casselman, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of October 31, 2028.

We have issued Permit to take Water No. 7012-CGRSP3 which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 4804-BNVKGM for Kedron Dells Golf Course Ltd. Water will be taken from one (1) well and one (1) watercourse intake for the purpose of golf course irrigation, located in the City of Oshawa, Ontario. The new permit expires on March 31, 2025.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of March 30, 2030.
