Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow the Municipality of Huron East to change the final depth of extraction from above the water table to below the water table for ARA licence No. 4781, operating in the Municipality of Huron East, County of Huron.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on July 30, 2021 in respect of Application 58-C-215876 for the creation of one new resource-based recreational lot in respect of land described as PIN 62327-0380 in the Unincorporated Township of Pellatt, District of Thunder Bay.

The application made by Hillway Equipment Limited to make a number of operational changes to the current site plan has been approved.

A licence to operate a pit was issued to Teeswater Concrete Ltd. in the Municipality of South Bruce.

The last day this decision can be appealed is January 25, 2023.

A Certificate of Property Use was issued to Dalip Centre Holdco Inc. and Imperial Oil Limited for the continued commercial use of the property located at 1490 Richmond Road, Ottawa, Ontario.

Approval is granted for the establishment of sewage works consist of sanitary and storm sewers, two (2) oil/grit separators, stormwater outlet pipes discharging stormwater runoff from a portion of the western area of the site to the Shirley’s Brook.

Antonissen Trucking Inc. was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Township of Malahide.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to create one new lot for an agricultural use, was granted on  April 17, 2024, subject to conditions.

The ministry has closed an application for a permit by the Corporation of the City of Pembroke to carry out sanitary sewer works in Pembroke, Ontario that would have impacted Butternut and its habitat. No decision was made and no permit has been issued.

A provisional consent was granted subject to conditions on September 26, 2023.  The last date to appeal the decision is October 16, 2023.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Cedarwell Excavating Ltd. to increase the number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed annually for Licence No. 5007, operating in the Municipality of West Grey, County of Grey.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) has been issued to 9483004 Canada Ltd. for the construction of a stormwater management facility servicing a proposed light industrial building located on lands legally described as Part of Lot 21, Concession 4, Township of Russell, Ontario.

Certificate of Property Use (CPU) No. 8654-D8YJ9Q was issued to Cynthia Diane Bridgen on November 27, 2024.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted in respect of Application 54-C-181164 to separate lands that merged on title. PIN 61243-0292 will be severed from PINs 61243-0290 and 61243-0291 on Rosegrove Road, Otto Township, Temiskaming District. The last day this decision can be appealed is July 12, 2019.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) was granted Halo car Wash Inc.

We are moving forward with an industry sector-based regulation to address sulphur dioxide air emissions from the nickel smelting and refining industry in the Sudbury area that will replace certain requirements under the Local Air Quality Regulation.
