This new Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) has been issued to Re-Source Disposal Inc., for a 0.35 ha (0.86 acre) site to be used as a liquid soil processing (soil washing) facility located at 354 Nash Road North, City of Hamilton, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with operational flexibility has ben issued to CRH Canada Group Inc. operating as Ash Grove for their facility located at 2391 Lakeshore Road West in Mississauga.

The ministry issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval to Clyffe House Limited for upgrades to the existing sewage works for the treatment and subsurface disposal of domestic sewage servicing the existing seasonally operated Clyffe House Cottage Resort, located at 1010 Muskoka Road 10, Town of Huntsville, District Municipality of Musk.

The McCann Redi-Mix Inc. application for a licence to remove aggregate from a new pit in the County of Huron has been issued.

A decision to approve all of Official Plan Amendment No. 13 to the Official Plan for the Municipality of Shuniah, as adopted by Municipal By-law 3017-18, was made on May 16, 2019.

This decision is to renew Permit to Take Water No. 0571-9PFNXC for dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from eight ponds related to construction activities in the City of Clarence-Rockland, United Counties of Prescott and Russell, Ontario. Permit No. 4635-BVNLL7 was issued on December 22, 2020 for a period of 4 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 7044-B5SLEZ was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 4363-A6BPTW. The permit was issued on January 9, 2019 with an expiry date of November 30, 2021.

The ministry has proceeded with issuance of the Certificate of Property Use (CPU) related to the property in Thunder Bay. The CPU specifies the risk management measures required for any future proposed development of the property. At this time, the current property owner is not proposing any development or a change in property use.

Application 60-C-241295 was approved on November 14, 2025, subject to conditions.  The last date to appeal the decision under the Planning Act is December 4, 2025.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) was issued to Jordan Christian School for approval of upgrades to the existing works for the treatment of sanitary sewage and subsurface disposal of treated effluent from the existing Jordan Christian School and the existing Church Chapel, located at 4171 Fifteenth Street in the Town of Lincoln.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to 2677212 Ontario Inc., for the establishment of a Class 5 sewage system to service a cottage located at 18860 Highway 35, Algonquin Highlands, Ontario.

We approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Industrial Sewage) No. 4788-BHAK4N for the establishment and use of a wastewater treatment system and a stormwater management facility at 1041 Gore Street, Township of Selwyn.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) No. 6577-C7XT8F was issued to Unique At Holding Corporation for stormwater management works to serve Celebration Drive right of way and surrounding site plans, located in the City of Pickering, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to Grant Castle Corp. for stormwater management works to serve the MacEwen Diesel Card Lock Facility, located in the Town of Prescott, Ontario.

Preston Sand & Gravel Company Limited has withdrawn their application for a new category 2 permit to take water located in Cambridge, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 8886-DKFRUZ has been issued to Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. (previously GIP Construction and Materials Limited) for the purpose of aggregate washing. Water will be taken from a lake and a pond, located in Peterborough, Ontario.
