Permit to Take Water No. 0207-B6PPRR was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 1404-A58PGW. The permit was issued on January 9, 2019 with an expiry date of November 30, 2021.

A Certificate of Property Use was issued on December 12, 2023 to Brookfield Homes (Ontario) Whitby Limited for the intended residential use of the property located at 1846 Brock Street South, Whitby, Ontario.
