We have issued a new to Permit to Take Water No. 2852-CUKRAA for Devil's Pulpit Golf Association on November 27, 2023. Water will be taken from five wells for golf course irrigation purposes in the Town of Caledon, Ontario.

The ministry issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to Halton Crushed Stone Limited for the establishment of sewage works for the collection, transmission, treatment and reuse of wash water from a proposed aggregate wash plant located within the Kirkfield Quarry site in the City of Kawartha Lakes.

We have approved the amendment for Environmental Compliance Approval No. 5738-8DVQ79 for Algoma Orchards Ltd. for the replacement of the two small existing leaching beds serving the Algoma Orchards.
