A Permit to Take Water No. 1727-CNKN3H was issued to Berczy Warden Holdings Inc. on January 30, to amend Permit No. 7221-C5MHH4 for the inclusion of an additional source and to extend the water taking for an additional year. Water will be taken from four excavations for construction dewatering purposes located in the City of Markham.

This is a decision to renew a Permit to Take Water No. for St. Marys Cement Inc. for industrial, water supply and dewatering purposes. Under Permit No. 5436-CAMTAG, issued on January 17, 2022 for 10 years, water will be taken from five wells and two ponds in the Town of St. Marys, Ontario.

An amendment to the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Disposal Site) No. A650041, was approved for Canadian Liquid Processors Limited's for a new covered outdoor storage bunkers to provide a more efficient and environmentally protective manner of storage for its glass waste, located in Hamilton, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 6013-CADQTL on April 7, 2022,which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 4865-8VQPLS for R. W. Tomlinson Limited for dewatering, industrial and construction purposes located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 6, 2032.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 5189-CXUM6T is granted to Baljit Grewal and Sarbjit Grewal for sewage works serving a three-bedroom residential dwelling with 1,649 m² floor space, located at 4696 Olde Base Line Road, Town of Caledon.

2644943 Ontario Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Kingdom Scarborough Project Limited Partnership requested to withdraw their application for an Environmental Compliance Approval. The application is considered withdrawn, and no approval was issued.

We have approved the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 6423-83KPPP with Permit to Take Water No. 6136-BJ9LNK for wildlife conservation, water supply, campground water supply purposes. Water will be taken from 5 wells.

A Permit to Take Water was renewed for Donegan's Haulage Limited located in Listowel, Ontario. Under permit No. P-300-9228361134, water will be taken from one well and one pond for aggregate washing purposes.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for 1001-1037 Queensway Inc. Water will be taken from one well for dewatering purposes and from one well for long-term drainage, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. 5473-CCHL84 issued March 14, 2022.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for a lot addition to rectify an access issue was granted on June 11, 2024, subject to conditions.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 2857-C3SRFN on June 11, 2021, which cancels and replaces permit to take water No. 0776-BNNJGN, for Enbridge Pipelines Inc. located in the Township of South Glengarry, United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of December 31, 2024.

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing is transferring jurisdiction over regional roads and associated stormwater infrastructure; and aligning with a locally developed solution, to transfer jurisdiction over waste collection services from Peel Region to Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) to T. Valeri Construction Limited, for the establishment of sewage works, in support of a proposed Valeri Business Park Subdivision in the City of Hamilton, for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 1717-CJJNN6 on September 26, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No.1317-8WRNNC, for Queenston Golf Club Limited. The renewed permit is for golf course irrigation purposes serving David’s Golf Club in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. The new permit expires on April 30, 2032.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) has been issued to Imperial Oil Limited for a site located in Timmins, Ontario. The facility will undertake groundwater remediation activities.
