Permit to Take Water No. 0037-CRBNSR was issued to St. Marys Cement Inc. (Canada), operating as CBM Aggregates on January 5, 2024, to renew Permit No. 3641-97WQ4H. Water will be taken from one pond for aggregate washing purposes at the Barrie Pit, located in Springwater Township, Ontario for 10 years.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Greenstone Gold Mines GP Inc. Water will be taken from one pond for dewatering purposes associated with the construction of the Goldfield Creek diversion temporary by-pass channel, located at the Greenstone Mine in Geraldton, Ontario.
