The ministry approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Industrial Sewage) for Preston Sand & Gravel Company Limited to establish three ponds (a supply pond, a silt pond and a polishing pond) designed for the collection, transmission, treatment and reuse of washwater to serve a closed loop aggregate wash system in Waterloo, Ontario.
