The application for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Industrial Sewage) for Lafarge Canada Inc. for the collection, transmission and disposal of quarry water at the Lafarge Osgoode Quarry was cancelled. No approval was issued.

This decision is to renew a Permit to Take Water for Stoneridge Travel Centre Inc. for commercial water supply purposes. Under Permit No. P-300-2154927430, issued on March 31, 2022 for 10 years, water will be taken from two wells to supply water for operations of a hotel, restaurant, and banquet facility located in the City of London, Ontario.

This proposal was for a renewal to Permit To Take Water No. 4786-A33PDR for 3M Canada Company. Water will be taken from two (2) wells (one main well and one back-up standby well) for industrial cooling water purposes in the City of London, Ontario. Permit No. 2421-BP3QJX was issued on May 26, 2020 for a period of 5 years.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7300-CESQP8 on May 26, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 1174-AG6QJF for Richmond Hill Christian Community Church, for the purpose of remediation from two wells and one pond in the City of Richmond Hill, Ontario. The new permit has an expiry date of May 31, 2027.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) was granted to 1552843 Ontario Ltd. for the installation of storm and sanitary sewers, swale, and stormwater management works to serve Harrow Parkland Estates Development, located at Part of Lot 12, Concession 2nd Range of Gore in the Town of Essex, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 6445-BVMUCD was issued to University of Guelph. Water will be taken from six wells to operate the Alma Aquaculture Research Station located on a land legally described as Lot 3, Concession 5, in Centre Wellington, Ontario.
