This was an amendment and renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 5447-992KPZ, issued to James Dick Construction Limited.

Permit to Take Water No. 5178-BBTGCQ was issued to Stonehenge Golf Club Inc., which renews and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 5614-9LTMR3. The Permit was issued on May 24, 2019 with an expiry date of December 31, 2028.

Permit to Take Water No. 0636-DJ7QJ5 was issued to Cambridge Golf Course Ltd. on August 7, 2025, for the purpose of golf course irrigation and water supply.

Permit to Take Water No. 3544-DA5L37 was issued to Royal Glen Eagle Investments Ltd. renewing Permit to Take Water No. 3324-9LFKUH for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from four wells and two ponds for golf course irrigation purposes, located in the Town of Caledon, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 7181-DH2KA3 was issued to St. Marys Cement Inc. (Canada) on August 12, 2025.

We approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage works) No. 9598-BD8M59 for the establishment and use of a seasonal subsurface sewage disposal system to service a three bedroom cottage at 56 Third Line Road, in the Township of Centre Wellington, Ontario.

New permit to take water No. P-300-1274279665 version: 1.0 has been issued to 2243154 Ontario Inc. for the maintenance purposes. Water will be taken from Lake Ontario at various locations in Ontario.

A new Permit No. P-300-5154714050 was issued on June 2, 2022 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5334-9BPRPH for Sawmill Golf Limited. Water will be taken from two ponds, one watercourse and one well, for golf course irrigation purposes at the Sawmill Golf Course in the Town of Pelham, Regional Municipality of Niagara, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 8414-DJLJ24 was issued to HIS Star Inc. operating as Niagara Falls Golf Club on August 12, 2025, for the purpose of golf course irrigation.

Permit To Take Water No. 8260-CZML23 was issued to Springfield Golf & Country Club Inc. Water will be taken from three wells and one pond for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes at the Springfield Golf and Country Club, located in the City of Guelph, Ontario for 10 years.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5146117012 on May 26, 2022 for Salini Impregilo Civil Works Inc. Water will be taken from excavations for dewatering purposes located in the City of Mississauga, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of June 30, 2024.

We have updated the Air Contaminants Benchmarks (ACB) list with new or updated screening levels for over 4,500 air contaminants.

A Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9211121923 was issued to 407747 Ontario Limited on May 26, 2023 to renew Permit No. 4341-8W3GFD for 10 years. Water will be taken from one watercourse, one pond, and one well for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes at the Oxbow Glen Golf Course, located in Komoka, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1075694635 was issued to The Cheese Factory Golf Course Inc. Water will be taken for golf course irrigation purposes.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7015-BN7NR8 on April 11, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 0502-ALAHXE for Cavanagh Concrete Ltd. located in Carlton Place, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 8, 2030.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 8764-BNRKF4 on May 6, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 4452-82YQDQ for Warkworth Golf Course Limited located in Trent Hills, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 30, 2030.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to create one new lot for agricultural uses, together with an easement in favour of the retained lands, was granted on November 2, 2023, subject to conditions.
