We have issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air) to Wells Foundry Limited, a manufacturer of grey and ductile iron castings located in the City of London, Ontario.

This was for a Permit to Take Water for Tribute (Cobourg) Limited under Permit No. 1866-D3PMYX issued for 2 years. Water will be taken from three wells for construction dewatering purposes in Coburg, Ontario.

We have approved the renewal of a Permit To Take Water for Lively Golf & Country Club, which renews and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 3172-7MLQ66. The Permit To Take Water is for for dams/reservoirs and golf course irrigation.

This was for a Permit to Take Water for Big Rideau Enterprises Inc. under Permit No. P-300-3143110220. Water will be taken from two wells for aquaculture purposes in Tyendinaga in Belleville.

Permit to Take Water No. 3112-D8ZQWT was issued to Creg Quay Limited on September 13, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 1648-9MHNVC for communal water supply purposes. Water will be taken from three wells in the Township of South Glengarry, Ontario for 10 years.

Water will be taken from one pond for aggregate washing purposes at the Barrie Pit, located in Springwater Township, Ontario for 10 years.

The application by S.A.M.I. Holdings Ltd. to authorize an increase in the annual number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed from a pit operating in the Township of South-West Oxford and City of Woodstock has been approved.
