The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-20-000227 to Aurelius Minerals Incorporated for early exploration activities approximately 121 kilometres direction north-east of Cochrane, Ontario, in Atkinson Lake Area, District of Cochrane, North-east Region.

St. Marys Cement Inc. (Canada) was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Township of Erin.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Preston Sand and Gravel Company Ltd. to change the final depth of extraction from above the water table to below the water table for licence No. 624962 (Jigs Hollow), operating in the Township of Woolwich, Region of Waterloo.

We have approved Permit to Take Water No. 3835-BEZJ48 for Lake Shore Gold Corp. (Tahoe Canada), which renews and replaces all previous Permits to Take Water for underground mine dewatering in Porcupine, Ontario.

We issued an Amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) with Limited Operational Flexibility to Bimeda-MTC Animal Health Inc., operating a veterinary pharmaceutical and animal health products manufacturing facility, located at 420 Beaverdale Road in Cambridge, Ontario.

The application for the Permit to Take Water was cancelled by the ministry. No permit was issued.
