We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 5305-BLYPQB on June 5th, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 4268-9SJKJ9 for Mayfield Golf Course Ltd. in Caledon, Ontario.
The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of May 31, 2025.
The Ministry of Citizenship and Multiculturalism (MCM) is proposing targeted changes to the 2011 Standards and Guidelines for Consultant Archaeologists that would support streamlining assessments and make administrative updates to the document. MCM is also consulting on criteria for evaluating Licensed Consultant Archaeologists’ compliance records.

The Minister has issued a social or economic benefit permit to Ontario Power Generation Inc. for impacts to four species at risk bats and Bank Swallow for the Darlington New Nuclear Project. The permit includes actions to minimize adverse effects on the species and their habitat and actions to support the protection and recovery of the species.
