This Permit To Take Water for Agnico Eagle Mines Limited includes water taken from Ava lake for industrial and domestic purposes for the Upper Beaver Zone Advanced Exploration Project. The permit application was returned to the client on September 16, 2021 as the sources included in the application were combined with another permit (ERO # 019-0331)
