Please do not relax conservation and protection efforts. This is a slippery slope and one that could be used as precedent to continue the degradation of these protections for wildlife. Although it remains an opinion, legislation and regulations limiting hunters or trappers are necessary if they are not within indigenous rights. Part of truth and reconciliation would include the protection of and limitations around just anyone getting a into license (often done for sport and show)
