Mohawk College desparately needs lands to expand - and isn't the Ford government always going on about training the workers for tomorrow? the deal with Mohawk College would also restore the heritage property known as Century Manor and would raise money!
Start being a government that actually "works for workers' like you say you do and stop just doing things for your developer buddies!
