I do applaud the idea of the second chance first choice . But it still no arises the problem if the group has no tags everyone then applies and the group gets multiple tags ( when they only want one) they are loosing multiple members points. The system needs to include a group system option as once one single group member pulls a tag. The rest of the members are removed from the draw.

Also as brought up before the hunters that hunt and are successful on predator control need to be rewarded in a points based system. The more time spent looking after the moose population by predator control should recognized for there work and money spent in the economy and helping wildlife
