Please do not give out more moose tags. Moose do not need more people hunting them. They are already in decline and have very slow reproduction rates. Trophy hunters want moose with the biggest antlers, which removes the breeding males. And moose of all genders and ages can be hunted, leaving babies orphaned and babies even get hunted. The megafauna has mostly been exterminated since the Ice Age, and the few remaining large herbivores are protecting our environment. And moose, like all animals, are individuals who care for their families and just want to live. Life for moose is already too difficult with habitat loss and dangerous roads.
