Please make it easier to build additional rental units. Remove the red tape. It costs so much money because of permits from parasitical city councils who try to squeeze as much money as possible from individuals trying to solve the housing crisis. Brampton city council is doing everything possible to slow down building rental units. I refuse to build an ARU on my property until the process is improved and the red tape is cut. I'd rather my basement be empty than interact with government red tape to build an ARU in the present environment.
