How can hunters see data…

How can hunters see data which speaks to the impact of the point based system on the moose population in Ontario? Although the ministry has taken steps to reduce calf harvest, would it not further improve moose to continue to reduce or flat out eliminate calf harvest in an attempt to limit harvest and increase adult populations? There is a greater need for tags than there is moose than can sustain harvest, therefore creating a need to grow the resource. I can't help but feel that continued harvest of calf populations will hinder our attempts at growing the population. Thanks.
