Yes, I support the 14 year lease extension, if that is the longest possible. We would rather have a 21 year extension, as it would show good faith, given the roller coaster of missed expectations we have been on for the last many years. That would require colouring within the lines, but using a slightly brighter colour and perspective. We have been powerless to negotiate so we take what we can get. So yes, this extension is better than broken promises, but not as good as going back to the good old days when we got 21 years on repeat.
