I am disappointed that you are canceling this program. Since it began I find that there are a lot fewer vehicles giving off the offensive smell of un burnt gas (the dodge caravan seemed to be a particular culprit). Now we will be back to smelling these vehicles once more. Not to mention the fact that service stations spent 1000's to have these machines installed. Who are you really helping with the cancelation of this service???

Not impressed with the way this government cancels programs without having a viable replacement. Seems you are costing us a lot more money than you say you are saving us.
