this is not good for business in ontario.
eliminate the FIT, and require them to close only once they have made back their money for the project, a reasonable ROI, and enough money to cover the cost of returning the lands to how they were.
don't take away the right of a business after they have been given permission to do something and invested in ontario and created jobs.
