Water, like air is a common element we all need for life, and it is not a commodity to be sold. Water is needed for many other reason than human consumption but in most cases that water returns to the water table from which it is extracted. Not so with bottled water, as once it is gone it is gone forever. We cannot jeopardize the water supply of our people by allowing foreign companies and domestic companies to take it out of our land and sell it. Single use bottled water is an enormous waste and should be banned in Ontario and Canada.
