Trust the experts and do not dismantle portions of the existing bike lane infrastructure. I have lived in the city for 20 years and I see more people cycling than ever before. And it is safer to do so with those bike lanes. I know you want to tackle congestion, but this isn't how. My eight-year-old daughter just started using those bike lanes.
