Since the new system is not group based, I find it unfair to remove all your point if you are successful in the second group. If you have 2 people with 6 point and it comes down to a draw, because there is no guarantee size you don't know which one would get the tag. If both get the tag and you only need 1 tag to go hunting you won't get another tag for several years, again. Starting another group with out tags for 6 years.
