An extension of the moratorium on taking water is better than no extension. However, the appropriate course of action is to terminate all taking of water for profit by private companies.

Negatives:
* Bottled water uses plastic, adding to pollution.
* Bottled water is no better than tap water for the vast majority of people in the developed world; it is just a way for corporation to make money at the expense of gullible or lazy people.
* It is totally unnecessary.

Positives:
Convenient when going camping, or to the cottage etc. Better solution: Sell only in large jugs, with the jugs having a deposit of $10. Keep the convenience for camping, etc where it is needed, reduce the pollution to near zero.
