Humans have an obligation to preserve this precious resource not selling it off to capitalists who don't really understand it's true importance to a sustainable future for all. Ontario should reduce access to water for commercial purposes. Charge huge fees to use it & get taxed on the waste the packaging costs to force consumers to pay lots for a bottle of water or pop made with fresh water. This would deter production of garbage processed beverages which are bad for the health.
