I would like to see a system that lets license moose hunters take any sex animals. They would be able to hunt the next year if unsuccessful . The successful hunters would have to skip the following year but able to hunt the third year. We absolutely have to stop the moose and deer collisions on Ontario highways. I stopped hunting along with friends because of this lottery system.
