I see no need to allow…

I see no need to allow commercial companies to take our ground water and sell it back to us for profit. I already pay for the water I use in my hometown through my municipality. Why would I allow a company to sell it to me? It's the same water I can get at my tap. I'm sure we can come up with something more environmentally friendly in terms of job replacement for any of these big water bottle companies and the revenue/tax base they bring . How about offering serious, long term enticements and subsidies for encouraging developers and homeowners to put Solar Panels on every home? That would open up new jobs in the manufacturing industry. The tax on hydro creation to be targeted for hydro line and tower maintenance
