Firstly, when corporations take water, we should PROFIT from it, not just cover the cost of regulation. We should also implement an environmental tax on bottled beverages. Would that make some business less profitable? Yes. But that's the point. We can't keep manufacturing single-use plastic forever, and the only way businesses will stop doing it is if we make it unprofitable.
