I definitely agree with this moratorium.
I do not think we should be allowing companies to take such vast quantities of water without the proper research. I also think we're giving away the worlds most precious resource for next to nothing.
With global warming and the suggestion that water will be in extreme scarcity in the next 50 years.. We need to really be protecting this life sustaining gift.
I do not believe we should be selling our water ESPECIALLY to American companies!!
