Not only do I think that the moratorium on permits should be extended but that there should be a permanent halt to issuing of permits for taking groundwater for bottled water. I also think the companies taking water on expired permits should be stopped.
Our water is too precious a resource and too essential for life to allow its use for unessential profit making enterprises.
