Water is a major public good. The science on the impacts of massive extraction of our natural water reservoirs is not well understood. We do not know how long nature will take to replenish the water taken by bottling companies. The moratorium should continue until we know more about how the natural system works. A principle of conservatism is paramount in this context. i strongly support the extension of the moratorium on water bottling permits!
