I am greatly concerned about…

I am greatly concerned about the negative impact on peoples mental health if this wind project is destroyed. Right now we who live in the area of the wind project ,still hold out great hope that somehow this terrible decision to destroy this wind farm will be reversed.When the news first came out about the cancellation emotions went out of control. The anger ,frustration hatred and fighting peaked. Then depression set in.Local businesses who had tripled sales now laid off staff.People renting accomodations were left with empty rooms,local firewood,ice and grocery sales dropped, 100 workers, including summer students became unemployed. Conversation once full of excitement became quiet and a feeling of pure unhappiness took over .There are local people talking about moving away from here if this project doesn.t get finished. One person even went so far as to suggest trying to find a way to hang themself from a turbine blade to draw attention to the unhappiness that this discouraging set back in helping to save the planet has caused .There is nothing positive about a thoughtless decision like this one.
