I heartily endorse the extension of the moratorium on the granting of water permits for bottled water companies. Our water belongs to the residents of this province, and should not be made available to bottling companies. It is an outrage that in this era of water scarcity in many regions, not to mention the environmental degradation resulting from the plastic bottles used, that these companies should even still be allowed to pump any water whatsoever. I would like to see a complete withdrawal of permission for this theft, and an end to an industry which plays on people's ignorance and misconceptions.
