I object to the mothballing…

I object to the mothballing of the White Pines wind energy project (or in fact any wind energy project).

Wind energy is an energy source of the future: cheap when up and running, completely renewable, and environmentally friendly. The Chinese and the Germans have this figured out; are they smarter than the Ford government?

I for one find wind farms very beautiful - the ones in mid New York state and around Chatham Ontario certainly are. We really have to reduce our fossil fuel burn, and retain petrochemicals for their use in materials (advanced plastics), fertilizers, and pharmaceuticals.
