I do not understand how Ontario is declaring itself "open for business" and at the same time cancelling The White Pines Wind Project. Who will want to do business in a province that cancels a 10 year-old agreement just before its completion? This shameful decision by the Ontario government is bad for business, bad for taxpayers, and bad for the environment.
