I believe that third-party advertising should be limited as much as possible along highways and road systems, and that illegal or unlicensed third-party advertisers should be fined, issued take-down warrants, or prosecuted, depending on the nature of their violations. I also believe every precaution should be taken to limit as much as possible advertising billboard trucks and vans, especially those whose sole purpose as a motor vehicle is to be seen in public locations (trucks with LCD screens and speakers playing movie trailers are a great example of these unwelcome violators of the commons as well as a tremendous waste of our shared resources and road systems).
