Very disappointing to offer…

Very disappointing to offer the opportunity to comment online without providing online access to details of the proposal (if access is available, it's not obvious/intuitive to access it).
Without any detailed knowledge of the proposal I can only say that, in principle, I would not support the discharge of sewage into public use areas of the lake.
On that basis, I do not support the proposed actions, when there have been obstacles placed before the public that will inevitably result in limiting fully informed commentary on the proposal and render many comments speculative at best.
In general, the proposal sounds very environmentally unfriendly and potentially dangerous to the public.
