Hello:

I wish to comment on the proposal to build a temporary sewage overflow pipe which will go into Lake Ontario to facilitate the proposed private spa. However there is so little information provided in the meagre three sentence "details of the proposal" section it is insulting to present it for comment. If you are proceeding with approval of the work based on such limited information I am very concerned. And if you are deliberately withholding information from the public no approvals should be considered until more info is provided.

I am a citizen concerned about misuse of public funds and lake ecology as well as a kayaker who uses the waterways there.
