I am commenting in opposition to the proposed interim combined sewer at Ontario Place. I am seriously opposed to this proposal that would risk our public health in order to benefit a private sector. There is absolutely no need to discharge raw sewage into lake ontario for a private company that will not benefit any of the actual citizens who are daily affected by the quality of that water. Our health, our ecosystems, and our water quality should not be given away to private interests. The province has not held any consultations about this work with the general public, and only stands to harm those of us who depend on this natural resource. Please deny this permit.
