I am commenting on the proposal for an interim combined sewer to support development at 955 Lake Shore Blvd (Ontario Place). I am opposed to the proposal which is part of a complete destruction of natural wildlife habitats, public areas and safety. This proposal will not only cause raw sewage into Lake Ontario but it will reduce water quality and human health.

There have been no consultations with the public or scientific studies before making the decision, which shows a clear disregard to the health and wellness of people and wildlife.

This proposal, like the Therme Spa, only benefit the private sector and the premier, not the public. This proposal would damage the lake's ecosystem and create more problems in an already fragile ecosystem that is being destroyed for profit.

Instead of permitting this atrocity to happen, please consider the residents of Ontario, the flora and fauna that are needed for a healthy planet. We have lost too much in terms of biodiversity and public funds to add the waste of billions of dollars for a spa no one wants and a lake and environment that will be destroyed because of raw sewage.

Do the right thing and deny this permit!
